Shipping Policy
How will I receive my orders?
Once your orders and payments are fully processed, we pack your items for shipping. This is done with special care, so that you receive you order in perfect condition. Our couriers deliver these items at the address submitted by you while filling up your online order form. Your signature with date and time in the courier's acknowledgement is valid proof of the time and date of your receiving our shipment.

What is Shipping Address?
The address where you want to receive you orders is called the Shipping Address. It could be your home or office. This is the address submitted by you while filling up your online order form.

What is shipping time?
Shipping time is the time taken to deliver your order at your shipping address, after the order has been shipped. It depends on where you stay and on the Shipping Method you choose while filling up the online order form.

Do I pay any shipping charges?
You pay shipping charge as applicable to your order as per our CHIP (Courier, Handling, Insurance and Packing charges) formula:

Flat 2% add-on with a minimum of Rs.50 and a maximum of Rs.350
Example 1: On a product costing Rs.2000 - CHIP works out to 2% of 2000 which is Rs.40 but you pay Rs.50
Example 2: On a product costing Rs.5000 - CHIP works out to 2% of 5000 which is Rs.100 and you pay Rs.100
Example 3: On a product costing Rs.20000 - CHIP works out to 2% of 20000 which is Rs.400 but you pay Rs.350

Where does pixetra.com deliver orders?
We accept and ship orders all over India.

When do I actually receive my order?
Your order-delivery date depends on the availability of items you order and the time taken by your payments to reach us.

To find out when you will receive an item, you need to consider the ship-out time of the items you are ordering. Here's the equation we use:

Longest Ship Out Time + Payment Realization Time + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time

For example, many items on our site show 1 day availability. Your shipping time will be 1 to 4 business days, depending on where you live and what shipping option you choose. This means you total delivery time will be 1 day (ship out time) + 3 days (if you pay by cheque) + 1 to 4 days (shipping time). So you can expect to receive this item 5 to 8 days after you place your order. If you pay by credit card, your payment realization time is zero.

What if my order includes several items with varying availability?
In this case, we will Wait till all items become available before shipping to reduce shipping cost. Our guarantee is all items will ship out within 96 hours or your money back.

Please Note: In rare instances if we are unable to send the items out within the guaranteed time, our customer service rep will call you and take permission to keep your order pending till stocks become available. If you do not give permission or if we are unable to reach you, we will cancel the order and refund your full payment.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
We will send you an e-mail as soon as your order is shipped out. This will also inform you about your order as well as when you can expect your order to arrive at your shipping address.

Can I track my orders?
Yes you can.

How do I track my order?
Tracking information for your order will be included in the email you receive after the items have been dispatched by our courier.

Can I return wrongly shipped items?
Yes. We take great care to check and recheck your order items before we ship them to you. However, should you ever get a wrong item, contact our offices immediately and we will give you clear instructions how to return the incorrect items. Once we receive the items we will ship out the correct items. If the error has been on our part, we will even bear the shipping charges.

What do I do in case I receive a defective/ damaged item from pixetra.com?
If an item ordered by you on pixetra.com is delivered to you in a damaged/ defective condition, please contact our customer service department during working hours. The contact info is as follows:

  • Once we receive the items we will ship out the correct items. If the error has been on our part, we will even bear the shipping charges

To provide you a worry free shopping experience on pixetra.com, we offer you No Questions Asked Return Policy.

  • Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding the shipping costs).
  • The exceptions are as follows:
    • The No Question Asked return policy doesn't extend to digital delivery products
    • The No Question Asked return policy doesn't extend to products which come within warranty/ guarantee, such as branded electronics goods
    • In case of any products where it is specifically mentioned that the No Questions Asked policy doesn't apply

We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less shipping costs. Please note that we will provide a refund only if the products were bought from web-store.

Within what time period do I have to return the product?
You need to return any product bought from our store within a period of seven days from the receipt of the shipment. Your signature with date and time in the courier's acknowledgement is valid proof of the time and date of your receiving our shipment.

How and when will I get my refund?
Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the same payment option originally used to pay for the order.
