The e-print membership is free. It is a one-time requirement. If you are a returning customer you can directly log-in by entering your User ID and Login password.

To use the services of pixetra, you need to set up an account. The registration process is described as follows:
Go to 'order prints'. Click on the 'New User' link on the top right of the page. On the following page enter the information needed in the required fields. Click on the 'Register' button. On success of registration process, you will be logged in directly and taken to the 'Welcome' page, where you can use the services of pixetra.

To modify and update personal information such as your contact details, you may sign-in and click the Account Information-> View/ Edit Profile link and then, modify and save the changes to your data.

If you forgot your password, click on the link 'Forgot Password?' near the login fields. You will be asked to enter the E-mail address you used to register with pixetra. Your password will be emailed to this account.

pixetra does not impose a limit on uploading your digital photographs with us for printing.

pixetra gets its prints done partly at our own facilities and partly at a full fledged and sophisticated photo lab. The prints are mostly on silver halide photographic paper and sometimes on photographic-quality paper with totally sophisticated look and feel. The technology used is truly cutting edge!

Yes, for most products we offer matt and glossy finish. You need to choose the finish at the beginning of the ordering process.

We recommend comparing the resolution of your pictures to our resolution guidelines. Using these resolutions as a guide will help you print the best pictures possible. Click to see 'Resolution Guideline'.
(Please note that our recommendations are based ONLY on the overall resolution of your picture, and not on the overall quality or clarity of the original picture. We are not and cannot be responsible for the original picture being blurry or out-of-focus, even if there is sufficient resolution to be 'recommended'.)

Your photos are stowed in the pixetra web or print server for a few days after you ordered. Thereafter the photos will be deleted.

After selecting the kind of photos you want to order and uploading the files you will be automatically directed to the payment page so that you can checkout the items in your shopping cart. In the same page you will have the 'Order Details' which will give you the exact amount which you have to pay. When you click 'Pay Now' you will be directed to the Payment Gateway where you will be asked for your Credit Card details. After the transaction you will be back again at the pixetra website with an acknowledgment of the payment gateway.

We accept Cheque, Demand Draft, VISA and MasterCard.

pixetra provides you with an e-bill when the transaction is complete. This is the amount charged on your card. The same bill is enclosed with the order when you receive your prints.

No, pixetra does not store the credit card information with itself. Whenever an order is processed, you are redirected to the payment gateway's website, where your Credit Card details are taken for the payment. No information is stored during the process. pixetra does not get your credit card information at all.

Between checkout and during payment, we make use of the latest technology for encrypting and protecting your sensitive data. We make sure that transactions are safely carried out by implementing anti-phishing guidelines.

After the order and payment are received you will be provided a confirmation and an order number by SMS or email. Once the order is shipped you will receive details of the shipment and how to track your packet.

To meet your shipping and delivery demands, pixetra works in close collaboration with its courier and delivery services; thus ensuring your goods reach home safely and in good quality.

Your order will be processed within a day from the time you submit it online, except for certain holidays. The shipment of the print orders would be done using the courier service. You can expect the orders to be delivered within 5-7 business days. You will also receive an email notification when the order is shipped.
pixetra is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, natural disaster, or causes beyond our shipping carriers control.

Please report any issues related to quality and damage at club@tradelinksworld.com within one week of your order being received by you. We shall look into the matter at the earliest. Your satisfaction is our primary goal. We will do everything in our means to deliver what you order.

pixetra takes complete responsibility in ensuring the quality and safety of your orders. If the condition and quality of the goods you ordered are unacceptable, we will either refund the full amount of your purchase or to reprint your goods at no extra cost.

Orders shipped to India are subject to Indian Service tax (12.5% or 4% depending on the process used for your order) of the total order amount. We are required to pay service tax for photo printing services in India.
