2. This gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque
3. Duplicate voucher will not be issued if this voucher is lost or misplaced
4. This gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue
5. The bearer of this gift voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary
6. Any dispute should be referred to the company-Tradelinks Ventures Pvt. Ltd. And the decision of the company shall be final
7. Jurisdiction for any dispute will be Kochi, Kerala state
